These flange clamp anchor (sometimes called steel plate anchors) have two set screws that secure the clamp to a beam flange to provide a fixed tie-off point overhead. They attach to horizontal beams when the D-ring can hang down. They have a small footprint and can be used in locations where only one flange is exposed. These anchors can be removed and reused in other locations. Anchors should always be inspected and replaced after being exposed to a fall.
